Terms
The contract for using AdGrant.AI. Last updated 22 October 2026.
The product
AdGrant.AI sells programmatic access to LinkedIn through the AdGrant.AI LinkedIn API on this host. You must have the right to use each LinkedIn account you connect. AdGrant.AI is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation and is not a LinkedIn partner product.
Plans
/linkedin. 30-day trial.Starting a trial from a signed-in session is enough to call the plan's routes. The trial covers one seat; connecting more during it means starting the subscription, and you are then billed per seat from that day. After a trial, keep paying or the DSN returns payment required.
Acceptable use
Do not use the API to spam, scrape people who did not consent, evade LinkedIn limits, or break the law. We may pause keys or accounts that trip LinkedIn warnings or abuse the service. The AdGrant.AI LinkedIn API covers LinkedIn only — email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and calendars are out of scope.
LinkedIn's limits are yours to keep
Everything you do through the API is done by your LinkedIn account, under LinkedIn's User Agreement and its limits. Keeping each account you connect within them is solely your responsibility, not AdGrant.AI's: we carry out your requests and do not enforce the numbers below. They are conservative recommendations for one LinkedIn account — the same whichever route you use, and not pooled across accounts. Going past them can get an account warned, restricted or closed by LinkedIn.
- Invitations. A paid, active account: about 80–100 a day and 200 a week, with a note of up to 300 characters. A free account: about 150 a week without a note, and about 5 a month with one (up to 200 characters). At the limit LinkedIn answers
422 cannot_resend_yet— the same limit its own site applies. - Profile lookups. About 100 per account a day. A Sales Navigator or Recruiter account can look up more through that product; Recruiter Lite's own limit is 2,000.
- Search. One search returns at most 1,000 people, or 2,500 on Sales Navigator and Recruiter (company search on Sales Navigator stays at 1,000); narrow the filters and search again to see more. Fetch about 1,000 results a day in all, or 2,500 on Sales Navigator and Recruiter — results, not requests.
- InMail. Credits come with the LinkedIn subscription: 5 a month on Premium Career, thousands on some Recruiter contracts. Free InMail to Open Profiles is capped by LinkedIn at 800 a month per account, often fewer, and can still need a credit; send 30–50 a day at most.
- Relations and invitation lists. Do not check them on a timetable, every hour or at 8:00 each morning. After the first sync, read the first page a few times a day, hours apart at random — or let a webhook tell you about new relations.
- Everything else. Messages to connections, comments, reactions, posts, company and post lookups: about 100 of each per account a day, and fewer is better. Reading your own chats and messages is not limited.
- Pacing. Space calls out at random during working hours, never at a fixed rhythm. Start new or long-unused accounts low and build up; LinkedIn may hold invitations from a new account, or one with fewer than about 150 connections, for review. Connect real accounts only. Treat an HTTP 429 or 500 as a sign to stop for that account.
LinkedIn Recruiter allows few sessions at once. Signing a Recruiter account in through AdGrant.AI can make LinkedIn warn against sharing credentials, and later ask which session to end — ending ours disconnects the account here until you connect it again. Connecting a Recruiter account with its session cookie avoids this.
Keys and sessions
API keys are secrets. A LinkedIn cookie and a native sign-in session both act as the connected person. You are responsible for both. Revoke a key or disconnect an account from the dashboard when it should stop.
Warranty
The API is provided as is. LinkedIn can change, rate-limit, or challenge a session at any time. We do not guarantee that a 2xx means a write landed on LinkedIn.
